FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Trenix

Direct answers about what Trenix does, what data it uses, what limits it has and how it fits into your improvement as a League of Legends player.

Do I need an account?

Not to start. You can analyze matches without signing up. An account is useful to keep history, coachings and settings.

What data does Trenix use?

It uses data available through the Riot API and product usage data to improve the experience. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Why can coaching be limited?

Because generating coaching consumes resources. The free plan limits frequency and Premium expands usage with responsible limits.

Does Trenix guarantee I will climb?

No. Trenix helps detect patterns and prioritize improvements, but climbing depends on practice, consistency, execution and match context.

Is it affiliated with Riot Games?

No. Trenix is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Riot Games.

How is it different from a stats website?

Stats websites show data. Trenix tries to turn that data into explanations, priorities and actions for the next ranked game.

Want to see it with your matches?

The fastest way to understand Trenix is to try it with your own recent history.
